VB: Several HHC players among state statistical leaders

The IHSAA
has released statistical leaders in Indiana for several categories and it
should come as no surprise that Hoosier heritage players dot the list. 3A power
Yorktown has two players among the top fifteen in the state. Laura Avila is seventh in assists at 9.85 per game and Emily
MacIntyre is ninth in digs with an average of 5.5 per game.

Defending
state champion Delta has one player among the state leaders. Kaitlin Walton is
14^th in kills averaging 4.16 per game. Kayla Negley of Mt. Vernon is
13^th in service aces with an average of 1.14 per contest. Finally,
Shelbyville’s Stephanny Logan is 12^th in blocks at 1.37 per game.
